Schalene Dagutis
Vice President, Research, Analysis and Consulting
Schalene Dagutis has a rich background in federal, state, and local government contracting. As the vice president, her primary role at Deltek is to develop solution roadmaps and manage content and consulting operations for GovWin’s state and local government services solutions and government consulting offerings. She also advises GovWin clients on major state and local government market initiatives.
Prior to Deltek's acquisition of INPUT, Dagutis was the Vice Present of State and Local Government Services for INPUT where she was responsible setting product direction and managing research and analysis operations.
Prior to joining INPUT, Dagutis worked at Current Analysis Inc., as vice president of data operations. She also led the account team responsible for the company’s largest account, a wireless services provider, which comprised 20 percent of the company’s annual sales revenue.
Dagutis also managed state and local content operations at Federal Sources, Inc., where she was responsible for developing their State and Local VISION Guides, STATEMARK Term Contracts, STATEMARK Grants, and State and Local Headline News products.
Previously, Dagutis was the federal marketing director for Sequent Computer Systems, Inc., a Beaverton, Ore. company that manufactured UNIX symmetrical multiprocessing computers. Before joining Sequent, Dagutis was the regional sales manager for a Bureau of National Affairs subsidiary that produced an online repository tool for human resources professionals. She was primarily responsible for introducing the Human Resources Information Network (HRIN) to the federal government.
Dagutis began her career at Information Handling Services (IHS) where she spent seven years in various positions including sales support and customer care within the federal sales division.
