This Rate Analysis is based on labor rates taken from INPUT's Federal Labor Pricing Solution. Data from more than 90 contracts and more than 80 vendors has been gathered to create this analysis. The information provided here is a broad look at multiple Call Center contracts and opportunities all having numerous categories.
