OPTARSS II LABOR RATE ANALYSIS (Jun 2009)

Labor categories of the OPTARSS I program incumbent vendors are compared in anticipation of RFP release of OPTARSS II in the near future.

Description

This anlaysis is for Army's up-coming Operations Planning Training and Resource Support Service for War fighter Operations (OPTARSS II) program.

The labor rates used in this analysis are taken from INPUT's Federal Labor Pricing Solution. These labor rates are from the incumbent vendors of OPTARSS I:

• CACI International
• General Dynamics (FKA Anteon)
• Lockheed Martin Corporation (FKA Eagle Group)
• Northrop Grumman Corporation
• Science Applications International Corporation - SAIC
• MTC Technologies (FKA International Consultants)
• Computer Sciences Corporation - CSC
• Booz Allen Hamilton - BAH

The labor categories analyzed are from an incumbent contract. The incumbent labor rates were not released but the labor categories are common throughout many contracts for each vendor. Average labor rates for each category are displayed with the labor rates for each vendor where qualifications, including education and experience levels are provided.

Pivot charts are used to illustrate the data. Users can use the 'sheets' accompanying each chart to view other vendors, time periods or labor categories by using the 'drop-down' menus in each sheet.
