Labor Rate Analysis

Comparative Rate Analysis

NASA Independent Verification and Validation Services Follow-on (Sep 2009)

These rates are taken from INPUT's Federal Labor Pricing Solution for dates effective 10/1/09 - 12/31/2010. The labor category titles are from an incumbent contract and are analyzed against all vendors and contracts included in INPUT's Federal Labor Pricing Solution. Incumbent vendors are Northrop Grumman Corporation (#NNG05CB17C) and L-3 (Titan #NNG05CB16C). Most of the incumbent labor categories had multiple levels (3-6). Each labor title is sorted by Contractor/Government site and by ascending experience levels. This will enable the user to map their corresponding labor categories to the labor categories included in this analysis. A download of all NASA pricing gathered by INPUT from 2006 to present day is included as well.

Description

More than 31,000 labor rates are available to analyse in anticipation of National Aeronautics and Space Administration follow-on to Independent Verification and Validation Services program, awarded to L-3 (Titan) and Northrop Grumman Corporation in 2005.
