CONSOLIDATED ACQUISITION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES 2 (CAPS 2.0) LABOR RATE ANALYSIS

More than 60,000 labor rates have been compiled and organized by incumbent contract labor categories in order for GovWin members to help determine competitve range of price reasonableness of CAPS.
These rates are taken from Deltek GovWin IQ's Federal Labor Pricing Solution. Labor categories for this program are unknown at this time but labor categories designated on the incumbent contracts have been used in this analysis. A spreadsheet is included which contains all incumbent vendor labor rates for all contracts in the Federal Labor Pricing solution. Incumbent vendors include BTAS, Centech Group, HMR Tech, INNOLOG, Innovative Technologies, Jacobs Engineering Group, Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Logtec, PESystems, and Sumaria Systems. There are also spreadsheets for each of the labor category groups listed on the incumbent program contracts. The data is formated in 'table' format and specific charcteristics of each labor category have been pre-selected for viewing purposes. This format will allow the user to select vendors, experience levels, education levels, work sites or other data to help compare labor rates. This information will help INPUT members gain some insight to where the competitive range of price reasonableness will be.
