The GovWin IQ Labor Pricing Analytics (LPA) team prepared the DoD DLA JETS Incumbent Vendor Labor Rate Analysis report to assist subscribers with developing a competitive price proposal for the DLA JETS 2.0 procurement. There are 145 contracts currently listed in the DLA JETS GovWin Opportunity report. The Top 24 Incumbent vendors currently account for more than 90% of the FPDS reported spending. Labor rates for the original DoD DLA JETS program have not been released publicly. This analysis includes all labor rates, effective over the last one year, of 23 of the Top 24 DLA JETS incumbents' other contracts and schedules we have gathered in the GovWin Labor Pricing database at this time.
