2023 ELECTRONIC FAA ACCELERATED AND SIMPLIFIED MASTER ORDERING AGREEMENT (eFAST) TOP VENDOR COMPARATIVE RATE ANALYSIS

This Comparative Rate Analysis has been published to help GovWin IQ Labor Pricing subscribers gain an understanding of the FAA eFAST program.  The labor rate data is based on rates effective from 10/1/2019 - 9/30/2023. Because there have been multiple award, On Ramp and Open Season iterations of the original program, FPDS Spending analysis is provided for each relevant GovWin Opportunity to show which vendors have received the majority of eFAST awards.  The Top 22 vendors of GovWin Opportunity 129223 along with the Top 30 vendors of GovWin Opportunities 94785, 62786 and 53113, are included in this analysis. There is some redundancy across the Opportunities as FPDS Spending data is based on contract numbers and some contract numbers are included in multiple GovWin Opportunities. Labor Pricing Analytics functionality including Analysis View, Analysis View Charts, and labor rate downloads are included for each GovWin Opportunity.  More than 285,000 labor rates are included in this analysis.  Please note that some vendors included in the top spending lists do not have labor rate data as their spending amounts reflect task orders and labor rates effective prior to 10/1/2019.
