Department of Justice Information Technology Support Services 5 Labor Category Analysis

The labor rates used in this analysis are taken from GovWin IQ's Federal Labor Pricing Solution. More than 140,000 labor rates have been compiled in this analysis. The most recent FPDS spending data has been included to show which vendors are getting the most work. DOJ ITSS-4 Labor rates have not been publicly released as DOJ ITSS-2 and DOJ ITSS-3 were, so this analysis is based on the labor titles listed in the solicitation documents. Each labor title has its own spreadsheet/table of labor rates from all contracts/schedules in the GovWin IQ Federal Labor Pricing database. A spreadsheet/table of all incumbent labor rates from other contracts/schedules is provided as well. The spreadsheet/table format allows users to filter data by clicking any column header cell of the labor rates spreadsheets to compare rates based on qualifications, vendors, and location. There is an average rate cell at the bottom of the rate column on each sheet. The average rate cell is dynamic, so it will change in value based on the data selected. The average rate cell can be clicked to derive the minimum and maximum rate of the data selected. This functionality can be helpful in determining the price reasonableness range of categories with matching or similar qualifications.
