This Labor Category Rate Analysis has been published to help GovWin clients get a better understanding of labor rates for the labor categories described in the recently released RFP for Naval Sea Systems Command PMS 312 support services.  Labor rate downloads are provided for each of the labor categories listed in the description table.  More than 21,000 labor rates are included in this analysis, effective 1/1/2025 - 1/1/2028.  Each spreadsheet can be filtered by job title, education and experience to match the job description qualifications. This will enable users to determine price reasonableness ranges for each category.  The search links are included at the top of the Grid View page of each program, enabling users to run the search anytime to capture new rate data added to the database after publication of this analysis.
