Jaqualynn Durbin
Research Analyst
Jaqualynn (Jacky) Durbin is a Research Analyst for GovWin IQ. In this role, Durbin creates market research reports for GovWin IQ customers, and provides customized research support in response to GovWin IQ customer requests covering all segments of the Federal Market.
Durbin completed complex research projects in the areas of international political climates and political partisan identity during her academic career. She presented her research at various academic conferences including the Northeastern Political Science Association. Durbin began researching the Federal and State of Ohio markets in her previous position, beginning in 2020. She joined Deltek in 2022 as a member of the GovWin IQ Advanced Research Team
Before Deltek, Durbin was the marketing and procurement manager for a small, disadvantaged construction contractor. In that position, she regularly researched procurement opportunities, completed proposals, and assisted with business development and marketing. She also assisted partners with proposals including architectural firms and 8(a), WOSB, and HUBZone construction contractors.
She possesses a Master's Degree in Communication from The Ohio State University. Durbin also holds two Bachelor's Degrees, one in Political Science and one in Communication Arts, from Washington & Jefferson College. In her free-time, Durbin enjoys playing Dungeons & Dragons and cooking delicious meals for her family and friends.
