Chris Campbell, principal analyst, Content Operations, assists in the development and management of the various federal agency profile and budget analysis products, including content production and interacting with Deltek members, government officials, and the media. Campbell conducts extensive research on various segments of the IT and AEC industries, and has more than twelve years of experience in the competitive research and analysis field.
Campbell has held several other positions at Deltek focusing on strategic research and analysis of the public sector market. His many responsibilities included producing Deltek's annual Federal IT Forecast and MarketView reports, as well as assisting in the establishment of a federal information technology security market analysis product.
Previously, Campbell was employed as an analyst at Current Analysis, a provider of tactical competitive intelligence to IT and telecommunications vendors. He was responsible for analyzing developing trends in the U.S. wireless consumer market as well as emerging technologies in the handset and wireless device markets.
Prior to Current Analysis, Campbell was employed as an assistant market analyst at epipeline, a provider of public sector IT, AEC, and O&M market research. At epipeline, Campbell identified, researched, and tracked O&M procurement opportunities within the federal government.
Campbell has an MBA with an emphasis in international marketing management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, a bachelor's degree in information technology management with an emphasis in network management and design from Western Governor's University, and a bachelor's degree in history from The College of Idaho. He regularly provides source information and analysis for the media.
