Alex Rossino

Advisory Research Analyst

Dr. Alex Rossino is an advisory research analyst on Deltek's Federal Market Analysis Team, specializing in providing insight into IT market trends in the U.S. federal government, particularly the U.S. Army and the Department of Defense (DoD). Adept at public sector research, spending analysis, and acquisition trend analysis, Dr. Rossino began working at INPUT on the Federal Research and Analysis Team in May 2007. Previously, Dr. Rossino worked as a proposal manager/coordinator in the Business Development Division of Kadix Systems, where he contributed to several successful proposal efforts. He is also a Shipley Certified Proposal Process Professional. Prior to Kadix Systems, Dr. Rossino worked in the non-profit sector for three and a half years writing grant proposals and directing subject matter research. He also spent almost a decade with the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum as program officer and academic event coordinator. His expertise lies in developing in-depth knowledge of federal IT opportunities and in understanding agency strategies for implementing large-scale IT initiatives.

Rossino holds Master's and Doctoral degrees from the Maxwell School of Public Citizenship at Syracuse University, and a Bachelor's degree from Canisius College in Buffalo, N.Y.
