Senior Research Analyst
As an analyst, Mrs. Moyers's focus is organizing and analyzing federal IT business opportunities for the Federal Opportunities Database, which includes utilizing in-depth primary source research to identify IT-related requirements; tracking and updating progress on identified federal business opportunities; synthesizing research findings for written and oral presentation; and analyzing overall market trends to provide briefings for staff, external clients, and trade publications.
Previously, Mrs. Moyers worked as a business analyst at the Washington, D.C. Minority Business Enterprise Center of the National Community Reinvestment Coalition. Mrs. Moyers directly worked with small, minority-owned companies, assisting in developing business plans and effectively planning and implementing accounting systems, financing, and business management structure. She served as a liaison between clients and government procurement officers, Offices of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization divisions at various government agencies, lenders, and center partners to increase businesses' access to procurement and access to capital.
Mrs. Moyers holds a master's degree in business administration from Virginia International University in Fairfax, Va., and a bachelor's degree in international economic relationships from the International Finance Management University of World Economy and Diplomacy in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
