2018 GSA CONNECTIONS II COMPARATIVE RATE ANALYSIS

Description
This analysis has been completed to help Deltek GovWin IQ clients understand the vendor rates of the GSA Connections II program in anticipation of a GSA Connections III RFP. These rates have been downloaded from Deltek's GovWin IQ Federal Labor Pricing Solution. Labor rates of all 21 vendors of Connections II have been gathered and organized for analysis purposes. More than 30,000 labor rates from 2016-2021 are included in this analysis. Some vendors released pricing through 2021 and some are releasing on a year-to-year basis, so their rates are provided through 2019. Contract dates have been normalized for each vendor to establish 'apples to apples' comparisons from labor category to labor category and from vendor to vendor. There is a pivot table included derived from the download of all rates from 2016-2021. A worksheet is included which details yearly average labor rate by labor category for government and contractor sites. A vendor year-by-year average rate sheet for contractor site and government is also provided in this analysis. There is a spreadsheet that includes the download of all labor rate data from 2016-2021. The spreadsheet/pivot table format will enable users to slice and dice the data by clicking any of the column header cells to activate drop-down menus of data to be selected by the user. This report will be updated when year-to-year data is released.
