21 CONS will post Solicitation # FA2517-21-R-0019, Grounds Maintenance Services for Peterson Air Force Base (PAFB) and Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station (CMAFS).  The contract is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price.  The NAICS code is 561730 and the size standard is $8M.  This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contact with a five (5) year ordering period expected to be 1 Jan 2022 through 31 Dec 2027 plus a six (6) month option to extend services.  The solicitation will be a competitive HUBZone set-aside.  Minimum contract value is $2,500.00.  Maximum contract value is $9,990,000.00.
