With the failure of Congress to pass several appropriations bills for fiscal year (FY) 2007, many federal agencies and contractors have faced tremendous uncertainty with regard to the level of funding they can expect in FY07 for federal programs. That uncertainty was removed with the passage of H.R. Res. 20, a $463.5 billion spending measure ensuring federal agencies of funding through the end of FY07. This INPUT/Output® report addresses the specifics of the federal IT spending picture based on the Continuing Resolution (CR) for the remainder of FY07.
