The GovWin IQ Labor Pricing Analytics (LPA) team prepared the 2024 Top Opps Vendor Labor Category Rate Analysis Comparative Rate Analysis (CRA) report to assist subscribers with developing competitive price proposals for several of the Top Opps of 2024 identified by the Deltek GovWin IQ staff. The labor categories and rates of most of the Top Opps incumbent vendors' other contracts and GSA Schedules are included on separate spreadsheets that include the "Grid View" and the "Analysis view" downloads from GovWin Labor Pricing Analytics. More than 200,000 rates, effective over the last 3 years, are included in this analysis. Spending data of each program is included on the spreadsheets. The data included in the analysis was downloaded in February 2024.  Data is added to the database on a weekly basis, so new data may be added for any vendor included in this analysis following the publication of this analysis. If you would like an update to any of the Opportunities in this analysis, please submit a request identifying the Opportunity and vendors. Opportunities not included in this analysis such as HHS CIO-CS, Army ITES-4S, Air Force C2E, Defense CRAF, Commerce Protech and Air Force CFT may be published as separate analyses later this year.
