This analysis has been created as an update to the 2018 VETS 2 Labor Rate Analysis which detailed VETS 2 rates from 2018-2023.  This analysis includes GSA VETS 2 labor rates from 2024-2028 for 46 active VETS 2 vendors.  Annual rate escalations were adjusted to 2.7% for years 6-10 of the VETS 2 program.
