Multiple vendors are currenlty fulfilling the Defense Contracting Command Washington's requirement for the acquisiton of management support services for the TRICARE Evaluation, Analysis, and Management Support Program (TEAMS). The basic Contracts W81XWH08D0023 - W81XWH08D0045 are the same to include the proposal information for each with the exception of the fees on each proposal. The portion in each of these proposals where fees are discussed is considered proprietary and is exempt from release under exemption 4 of the FOIA. Included here is an entire package for one award (contract # W81XWH08D0023) and the cover pages of each of the others in order to see which contractors have awards.
