The second quarter of 2015 started off with a bang, as April saw a 6 percent increase in solicitations released from March. The education vertical had the most solicitations by leaps and bounds, while professional services and information technology requirements were also in high demand.
Q2 is always extremely active in the procurement world, and vendors should keep a close eye on projects they are interested in and be prepared to bid. The trend of releasing more solicitations each month is not expected to taper off any time soon.
