March 2015 saw an increase in procurement activity from February, with approximately 700 more solicitations released. Again, the education vertical had the most activity out of the general government verticals; public finance had the least activity.
The first quarter of the year wrapped up with a strong finish and the second quarter is expected to carry on with the same momentum.
Notable RFP releases
- The state of Arizona released an RFP for an enterprise content management solution. Proposals are due April 14.
- The state of Massachusetts released an RFP for an IT software reseller. Proposals are due May 6.
- Boston, Mass., released an RFP for a Web content management system solution. Proposals are due April 10.
- The state of Vermont released an RFP for an independent review for an enterprise Voice over Internet Protocolcommunications solution. Proposals are currently under review.
