The 2011 National Child Support Enforcement Association (NCSEA) Policy Forum report provides the latest information on the policies and changes affecting the nation’s child support program.

On January 24-26, 2011, the NCSEA held its annual policy forum – “The Evolving Mission of Child Support” – in Washington, D.C. Representatives from the federal government and various states assembled to address a range of topics in the child support enforcement arena. The forum focused on the changing mission of child support in response to the current economic climate and shifting family demographics. Topics included successful interagency collaborations, effectiveness of current IV-D program performance, and ways the program will continue to move forward in the years ahead.
