GSA ALLIANT SMALL BUSINESS LABOR RATE ANALYSIS UPDATE

***UPDATE of 2009 Alliant SB Analysis includes 'Average Rate' cell on each rate year sheet that will change as selected data changes in regards to job title, work site or vendor. Yearly labor rate escalation ranges and Contractor site/Government site ratios ranges are provided for each vendor. FPDS reported spending through FY2010 is also included in this analysis. Labor rates are effective from 2/9/2009 - 2/8/2014 in this analysis update***. More than 57,000 labor rates from the incumbent vendors of GSA Alliant Small Business are included in this analysis. Education and experience levels have not been provided in RFP or contract documents, so the labor titles can be compared from vendor to vendor. A rate summary sheet details average/minimum/maximum labor rates for each job title for contractor site and government site. This summary sheet provides the range of pricing so users can determine if their own rates are competitive with other small businesses. Each rate year has its own Pivot Table so users can filter data by job title, vendor or work site.
