The shortest month of the year brought an increase in solicitations for the general government services vertical. In just 28 days, February saw more than 5,500 solicitations released nationwide.
March is estimated to bring a similar number of solicitations, wrapping up Q1 2015 with a bang. The education vertical saw the greatest number of solicitations, followed by the natural resources vertical.
Notable RFP releases:
- The state of Ohio released an RFP for open-market, deliverable-based information technology services. Proposals are due by March 20.
- Nashua, New Hampshire, released an RFP for an enterprise asset management work order system. Proposals are due by March 20.
- The Harris County Metropolitan Transit Authority has a requirement for a risk management information system installation and maintenance solution. Proposals are due March 23.
