Army ITES 2 labor rates provided to help forecast labor rates for anticipated ITES 3 re-compete. Updated spending and task order information through April 2013 is included.
More than 16,000 labor rates are available to compare and contrast to help determine the competitive range of price reasonableness for the upcoming ITES 3S program. Incumbent labor rates from the ITES 2S CHESS program are detailed by labor category and by vendor from year to year for analysis by Deltek GovWin IQ members and others interested in this program. Average labor rates for each labor category and each vendor are provided so users can compare and contrast their rates with the incumbent vendor labor rates. FPDS spending data through April 2013 as well as task order spending data is included in this analysis.
