SLED Market Response to COVID-19

The State, Local, and Education market saw an uptick in COVID-19 related procurement this week. There are over 100 active solicitations in the GovWin IQ database related to the pandemic.

 

Florida, Iowa, Texas, Illinois, and California released the most solicitations this week related to the pandemic.

 

The most common requirement was for clothing & textiles. These solicitations were mainly comprised of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requests. The professional services solicitations contained a high number of disaster recovery services and emergency preparedness services.

 

Other common requests were for antimicrobial products, call centers, housing units, goods/services, medical supplies, emergency laptops, and N95 masks.
