Incumbent labor rates analyzed. Incumbent vendors include BearingPoint (Contract #01-C-0325), Maximus (Contract #01-C-0324), and Unisys (Contract #01-C-0326).
Analysis based on the incumbent labor rates from the PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE CONTRACTS (PACS) program. The PACS follow-on program RFP (Opp. 39703) is estimated to be released in first quarter (Q1) 2007 and will be managed by the Justice Management Division, The Asset Forfeiture Management Staff (AFMS). The PACS - 2 program will provide continuing requirement for professional analytical and technical support services to the National Asset Forfeiture Program (NAFP) management and to provide specific case related professional support to the field components of the NAFP.
