Meet SBA Defined Size Standards

You must be a small business as defined by the Small Business Administration's (SBA) size standards.


Owned and Controlled by Women
You must be able to prove that at least 51% of your company is owned and controlled by women who are U.S. citizens.


Women In Leadership and Management
You must be able to prove that women on your staff are in leadership roles and management positions.

5% Through the WOSB and EDWOSB programs the SBA aims to award at least five percent of all federal prime and subcontracting dollars to women-owned small businesses.
