These rates are taken from INPUT's Federal Labor Pricing Solution for dates effective 1/1/2008. Labor rates of the incumbent vendors from the original EPA STREAMS program have been gathered and organized into a pivot table in anticipation of the STREAMS II solicitation release in November/December 2009. Labor rates for Battelle Memorial Institute, Cadmus Group, Eastern Research Corporation, Research Triangle Institute and Tetra Tech have been download from INPUT's Federal Labor Pricing solution to provide the user with a reference for the labor categories which could be required in STREAMS II. Most rates are from the incumbent GSA schedules and incumbent contract documents do not identify specific labor categoires, but GSA Environmental Services, GSA MOBIS and GSA PES have labor titles and descriptions which could be applicable to EPA labor category requirements. Please check for updates to this analysis following release of pre-RFP and RFP documents as labor categories may be described.
