CAAS IV Labor Rate Analysis

These rates are taken from INPUT's Federal Labor Pricing Solution for dates effective 1/1/2008. Labor rates of the incumbent vendors of the CAAS III program are analyzed by providing average rates per GSA schedule from year to year as well as providing labor rates from all other contract types for most of the vendors. This analysis has been completed to help potential vendors decide whether or not to compete this opportunity which is likely to be released in early 2010. Labor rates for Alpha Omega, Spectrum Comm, DP Technology Associates, Macaulay-Brown, Management Technologies, SAIC and TASC (Northrop Grumman) have been downloaded from INPUT's Federal Labor Pricing solution to provide the user with a reference for the labor categories which could be required in CAAS IV. CAAS III FPDS data through FY 2008 and Task Order data as of 11/1/2009 is included in this analysis. At this time, INPUT does not have any labor rates for Microtech LLC.
