The labor rates used in this analysis are incumbent labor rates for the first year of the original Continental US Support Base Services (CSBS)for each vendor. Labor rates of the incumbent vendors' current contracts for the period 1/1/2009 - 12/31/2010 are also provided in this analysis. Incumbent labor rates for 2004-2005 include multiple rate types (T&M, LH, FFP, CR) at nine Army bases (Fort Bliss, Fort Carson, Fort Hood, Fort Leonard Wood, Fort Lewis, Fort McCoy, Fort Polk, Fort Riley, Fort Sill). The incumbent labor rates are organized by Army base in a table format so that users can view comparable rates from vendor to vendor at the same location. More than 160,000 rates have been compiled in this analysis. CSBS incumbent vendors include Automation Precision Technology, Cubic Corporation, Eagle Support Services, Eagle Systems and Services, Logistics Solutions Group, The Logisitics Company and Strategic Resources. Task Order data through November 2009 and FPDS Data through FY 2008 is also provided in this analysis.
