The labor rates used in this analysis include incumbent labor rates for the Department of Defense ERP Systems Integration Services (ESI BPAS). Labor rates from incumbent vendors include Accenture, BearingPoint, CSC, Deloitte and IBM. Current Labor rates for labor categories listed on the Draft RFP are also included in this analysis. FPDS Data through FY 2008 is also provided in this analysis. IBM Rates are for 2004-2005 only.
