Incumbent Labor rates from the Dyncorp contract are provided in this analysis. Dyncorp has been awarded more than 80% of task orders awarded between 2004 & 2008. Additionally, all labor categories from the Dyncorp contract have been divided into their own unique tables which provide labor rates of similar labor categories for all vendors from the Deltek GovWin IQ Federal Labor Pricing Solution. Rates are effective from 2007-2010 to show trends and escalations and help determine a competitive range for the new contract. The table format allows users to select vendors, education and experience levels, rate ranges and locations for each category.
