The INPUT Federal Labor Pricing Team has recently completed a high-level analysis of the GSA MOBIS schedule for several labor categories that are common to small business vendors. Small business vendors' minimum, average and maximum labor rates have been compiled to help vendors benchmark labor rates and help them remain in the competitive range of price reasonableness.
GSA Small business vendors rates have been compiled for several common labor categories among MOBIS vendors including Consutants, Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Project Managers, Administrative Specialists, Contract Administrators, Logistics Staff, Technical Writers/Editors, Functional Analysts, Systems Analysts, Graphics, Project Directors and Instructors/Trainers.
