Labor rates from the incumbent contractor, Northrop Grumman, and its subcontractors, have been compiled in this analysis. Incumbent pricing for years 2001-2006 is included for each vendor. Rates for 2006-2011 for each vendor have been forecasted based on 2001-2005 yearly escalation rates. If a vendors' escalation rates are varied from year to year or for different categories, that information is detailed below each labor category list on the vendor spreadsheet.
Several thousand incumbent labor rates from 2001-2006 of multiple vendors are provided in this analysis. Labor rates from 2006-2011 are forecasted for each vendor based on escalations from 2001-2006. These forecasted rates are intended to help determine the price reasonableness and competitive range for the upcoming SSES NexGen program. If actual labor rates from 2006 - 2011 are captured, they will be added to Federal Labor Pricing.
