GSA VETS LABOR RATE ANALYSIS

Labor rates are effective from 2/2/2009 - 2/1/2012 in this analysis. More than 43,000 labor rates from the incumbent vendors of GSA VETS are included in this analysis. Education and experience levels have not been provided in RFP or contract documents, so the labor titles can be compared from vendor to vendor. Contractor site and Government site pricing are provided on separate worksheets in Pivot Table format. Pivot tables are included to present the data so that users may select labor titles, effective dates or vendors to compare with each other. Average Rate cell is included on each labor title page that will change as selected data changes in regards to job title, effective date or vendors. Yearly Escalation and Contractor site/Government site ratios are provided for several of the top vendors for Task Order awards, including Catapult Technology, Centuria Corporation, HMS Technologies, Information Innovators, KT Consulting, Metters, Systems Made Simple, Vision Technologies and Veteran Engineering & Technology. Each vendor's labor rates from year to year are detailed with escalation rates and site ratios included in the tabled data.
