In preparation for release of the follow-on program from Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), labor rates have been analyzed by Deltek GovWin IQ.
The Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems awarded Program Management Support Services to L-3 Titan and BearingPoint. L-3 Titan labor rates are provided. At time of this publication, BearingPoint labor categories and rates had not been obtained by INPUT. Labor rates and categories for other programs that both vendors are performing (NIH CIOSP 2i & GSA Schedules) are included. Labor rates for potential participants such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and Boeing are included in this analysis.
