GSA STARS II LABOR RATE ANALYSIS UPDATE

These rates are taken from GovWin IQ's Federal Labor Pricing Solution. The information provided is an update of an analysis completed in 2009. This update includes vendor labor rates from the STARS I program through May 2011 for many of the categories described in the STARS II RFP documents. This Labor Rate Analysis includes all labor rates for the top thirty (30) vendors awarded STARS Task Orders through June 27, 2011 (FFATA). More than 400 vendors were awarded the original STARS program. The top thirty (30) vendor awards account for more than 65% of all STARS spending through FY 2010 according to FPDS. The labor rates for each vendor from 6/1/07 - 5/31/11 are detailed on Pivot Tables. The pivot tables are formatted by labor category type, enabling user to filter data by experience level and functional area. An average rate cell is provided which can be manipulated to provide minimum/maximum rates so a labor rate range can be determined for each level and functional area. STARS labor rates for each of the top thirty vendors are also provided on individual spreadsheets.
