Labor Category Rate Analysis for the USAF Pentagon Communication Agency Information Services Program

These rates are taken from Deltek GovWin IQ's Federal Labor Pricing Solution. Labor categories from Air Force NETCENTS have been mapped to labor categories in Air Force Pentagon Communications Agency Information Services program. Deltek has identified eleven vendors as possible prime candidates pursue this award. Most of the labor category analysis is based on rates from those eleven vendors for their other contracts and schedules. These eleven vendors are Booz Allen Hamilton, CACI, CSC, General Dynamics, Hewlett-Packard, Jacobs Engineering, L3 Communications, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, SAIC and Unisys. There are several categories that did not have many results for these vendors so all vendors' rates were included in order to provide users with an appropriate sample size of labor rate data for each labor category. This will help users determine a competitive range of price reasonableness from labor category to labor category.
