Justice Department ITSS III Labor Rate Analysis includes incumbent labor rates for all 12 vendors and 2 subcontractors from FY08 to FY11. Projected ITSS IV rates are included.
These rates are taken from Deltek GOVWIN IQ's. The labor rates from FY2008 to FY2011 for all twelve incumbents and two subcontractors have been gathered and organized in spreadsheet format to help GOVWIN IQ members understand pricing strategies of the DOJ ITSS III program. Due to the demand of GOVWIN IQ members requests for DOJ ITSS IV labor rates, projected rates based on the annual escalation ratios from DOJ ITSS III labor rates, are also included in this analysis. Some incumbent vendors of DOJ ITSS III did not win DOJ ITSS IV awards but could be part of teams that were awarded ITSS IV contracts. The average vendor labor rate as well as the average labor category rate for 2010-2011 is included in this analysis.
