2012 HHS NIH NITAAC CIOSP3 Labor Rate Analysis UPDATE

These rates are taken from Deltek GovWin IQ's Federal Labor Pricing Solution. Labor rates of 52 of 54 vendors for the umbrella program portion have been gathered and organized for analysis purposes. More than 39,000 labor rates from 2012-2015 are included in this analysis. A rate summary sheet for 2012-2013 labor rates is included to detail average, minimum and maximum labor rates for each of the labor categories of CIO-SP3. A Pivot Table can be manipulated to illustrate labor rates from vendor to vendor and year to year. Users of this analyis can use the pivot table to derive average, minimum and maximum labor rates for the out year labor rates included in this analysis. Vendors that have not released their rates include BAE Systems and Dell. Their rates will be added to this analysis upon their public release. SGT rates have been updated. The rate summary sheet will be updated when all vendors' rates have been added.
