ENCORE II labor rates from SRA (2008-2018) and IBM (2008-2010) are included in this analysis. FPDS spending data through November 2012 is also included in this analysis.
These rates are taken from Deltek GovWin IQ's Federal Labor Pricing Solution. Labor rates of SRA and IBM are included in this analysis. SRA's rates cover all ten years of the contract, 2008-2018, while IBM's rates are from 2008-2010. Year-to-date spending data from FPDS is also provided in this analysis. A pivot chart is included that can be manipulated to show each labor category's rate from year to year. This chart illustrates the pricing differences between SRA and IBM for 2008-2010.
