2021 HHS NIH NITAAC CIO-SP3i SB TOP 31 VENDOR LABOR RATE ANALYSIS (REVISION 1)

This analysis has been updated to correct a default error on the pivot table and to add one vendor's rates for 2021-2022 which were omitted in the original analysis. This analysis has been published to help GovWin clients determine their labor rates for the recently released HHS NIH CIO-SP4 RFP.  More than 85,000 published rates, from 2017-2022, of the Top 31 CIO-SP3i SB vendors, based on the latest FPDS spending data, are included in this analysis.  The analysis includes a Top 31 vendor listing of minimum/average/maximum rates and yearly escalations.  These 31 vendors represent all vendors with at least 1% of the reported spending, which, when totaled, is over 84% of all reported spending. The overall average rate of the Top 31 vendors is $101.53 (>85K rates). The overall rate of all CIO-SP3i SB vendors is $100.85 (>325K rates). The Analysis View of Federal Labor Pricing functionality has been used to provide chart data by Government site and Contractor site.   Contractor site and Government site downloads have been combined onto one spreadsheet and a pivot table is included as well. FPDS spending data has been included to show which vendors have reported the most awards to date.  Subscribers to Labor Pricing can submit custom rate analysis requests for other vendors, if necessary.
