2022 COMMERCE ACQUISITION FOR TRANSFORMATIONAL TECHNOLOGY SERVICES (CATTS) LABOR CATEGORY COMPARATIVE RATE ANALYSIS (vol 4)

This analysis has been completed to help Deltek GovWin clients prepare their pricing for the Department of Commerce CATTS program. There are 124 labor categories listed in the solicitation so multiple volumes will be created for Federal Labor Pricing subscribers. Thousands of labor rates are available in each volume, allowing users to slice and dice the data to competitively price their RFP submission.  Job Title search, Keyword search and Smart Tags search functionalities were used to compile the data.  Grid View and Analysis View results are provided to show functionality of the Labor Pricing tool.  Spreadsheet/Pivot tables have been created for each of the 124 job titles. Titles that have multiple levels have been merged into one download.  Downloads are sorted by job title and years of experience, low to high.  The search results are based on rate effective dates within the last 1 year.  Analysis view screenshots of each download are included to illustrate rate comparisons of vendors and programs. Please note the Analysis View provides the first 100 vendors (alphabetically) of each program, so all vendors of a program will not be included in the Analysis view.  But all vendors' rates are included in each job title download result.
