2023 DoD DLA J6 ENTERPRISE TECHNOLOGY SERVICES (JETS 2.0) LABOR CATEGORY RATE ANALYSIS VOLUME 3

The GovWin IQ Labor Pricing Analytics (LPA) team prepared the DoD DLA JETS 2.0 Comparative Rate Analysis (CRA) report to assist subscribers with developing a competitive price proposal for the upcoming procurement. Incumbent labor rates for the original DoD DLA JETS program have not been released publicly. We will publish a DLA JETS Incumbent Vendor Rate Analysis based on rates from other contracts and schedules of the incumbent vendors to help provide more insight into price reasonableness. There are 254 labor categories described in the JETS 2.0 RFP documents. The GWIQ team researched the JETS 2.0 labor categories using the GovWin LPA tool using the qualifications provided in the RFP documents. Due to the large data volume of the rate downloads, we published multiple volumes. Labor title searches were the primary search mode used in this analysis. Keywords from labor category titles and labor category descriptions were used when exact labor category title searches yielded minimum results. This search methodology allows users to see "apples to apples" comparisons based on the RFP requirements. The search results by job title also provide insight into vendor(s) that may have exact matches to the DLA JETS 2.0 RFP labor categories, and this information can be useful when conducting competitive analysis. Labor rates effective over the last one (1) year are included in each job title's search result. Please note that data is added to the Labor Pricing database frequently, so results in this analysis are based on downloads from 4/15/23 - 4/27/23.
