The GovWin IQ Labor Pricing Analytics (LPA) team prepared the Alliant 2 Unrestricted Comparative Rate Analysis (CRA) report to assist subscribers with preparing for the upcoming Alliant 3 RFP. The labor rates (49,600) of the current Alliant 2 vendors from 2023-2028 are included in the analysis. Current federal reported spending data for the Alliant 2 vendors is included to show which vendors are receiving the most federal obligations under the contract vehicle.

A vendor summary that shows minimum/average/maximum rates by work site for each vendor is included. A summary of each of the 124 labor categories detailing minimum/average/maximum rate is included. A Pivot table derived from the 2023-2028 labor rate download is included to provide users the ability to slice and dice the labor rate data.
