2024 ARMY RS3 TOP VENDOR LABOR RATE ANALYSIS

This analysis has been created to help GovWin clients develop their labor pricing in anticipation of the release of the ARMY MAPS RFP, which is merging the current ARMY programs ITES-3s and RS3.  More than 100,000 labor rates are included in this analysis.  Specific RS3 labor rates have not been released publicly.  Labor rates of  the Top RS3 vendors' other contracts and GSA schedules, effective over the last 3 years, are included to help GovWin subscribers prepare for the ARMY MAPS RFP submission.  Spending data (through October 2024) for RS3 has been provided by GovWin Advanced Research.  These top vendors make up >88% of all spending awarded so far for the RS3 program.  If GovWin Labor Pricing subscribers  would like labor rate data for other RS3 vendors or any other vendor, please submit custom requests to GovWin (https://iq.govwin.com/neo/requestSupport/laborPricingSupport).  Since we try to add labor rate data on a daily basis, vendor rates may be updated between publication of this analysis and the RFP submission. The search link has been included on the Analysis view page so labor pricing subscribers can run the search to check for new labor rates added.
