A monthly recap of the SLED Education solicitation releases.
The month of March had the largest number of solicitations released since April 2016, with a 42% increase in solicitations released compared to February 2017. The Primary/Secondary Education vertical is producing 58% of the bids released, while Higher Education is producing 42%. Professional Services was a primary requirement associated with 60% of the solicitations released in March, where Information Technology was a primary requirement associated with 40%. In March, Texas took the lead again, as they have every month in 2017, releasing the most solicitations, with North Carolina, New Jersey and Michigan all close for the second-most number of solicitations released. Nebraska and Vermont released the fewest solicitations this month.
Notable Solicitation Releases
- The state of New Hampshire has a requirement for New Hampshire Statewide Assessments. Proposals are due on April 26, 2017.
- The state of Colorado has a requirement for Student Assessments. Proposals are due on April 28, 2017.
- The state of Utah has a requirement for Computer Adaptive Testing. Proposals are due on April 17, 2017.
