2015 HHS NIH NITAAC CIO-SP3 LABOR RATE ANALYSIS UPDATE

These rates are taken from Deltek GovWin IQ's Federal Labor Pricing Solution. Labor rates of all vendors for the umbrella program portion have been gathered and organized for analysis purposes. There is a chart detailing Vendor Awards through 2015 to show which vendors are geting the most work from CIOSP3 awards. More than 130,000 labor rates from 2013-2022 are included in this analysis. A labor rate summary sheet/pivot table is available for each year between 2013-2022 for both government and contractor sites. There is an average rate cell at the bottom of each rate column on each sheet. The average rate cell can be clicked to derive the minimum and maximum rate of the data selected. This feature can be very helpful in determining the price reasonableness range for each labor category.
