More than 14,000 rates from Deltek's GovWin IQ Federal Labor Pricing Solution have been gathered and organized to produce this analysis. Current labor rates of HITSS vendors for contracts and schedules are provided in this report. The labor category descriptions provided in the recently released HITSS II solicitation documents match the labor categories from the GSA STARS II program. For this reason, STARS II rates for the incumbent vendors of HITSS that also hold STARS II contracts are included. These vendors include Acuity, Inc., Actionet, WINS (now Mantech), Multimax/Array (Array IT), Primescape Solutions, and Zolon Tech. The HITSS spending data indicates that most spending has been in the Washington, DC and Florida locations. STARS II labor rates (Constellation I/Functional Area I) of these vendors for Washington, DC and Miami, Florida are included in this report. The pivot chart format will allow users flexibility in slicing and dicing the data to help determine price reasonableness ranges of pricing for each labor category of HITSS II. A table detailing the minimum/average/maximum rate for Miami and Washington, DC of the STARS II rate data is included as well.
